Halloween 2010- Julianne 1month dr visit

Today Julianne had her 1month check-up @ the pediatrician. She is 11 lbs and 3 oz!!! I was so right when I guessed her weight! She is in the 93rd percentile for weight and the 80th for height! Julianne started smiling at us when we talk to her :) It is so wonderful to see her smile, now I need to try to get a picture of her smiling!

On Halloween we started our day out at the BMX track for the 2010 Halloween race. We took Julianne to the track for the first time :) everyone was excited to meet her. It was a beautiful day about 58degrees and sunny. James did great; he raced in an 8 intermediate group and got 3rd. Adam raced cruiser and as usual got 1st. There is only one more race before the end of the BMX season @ Billerica BMX :( Next season will be hard because Adam will be deployed and I will have to take all the kids to the track on my own. I didn't get many pictures...the battery in the camera died.

Halloween evening Adam and James went trick-or-treating around the base. It was pretty cold out so the girls and I stayed home to hand out candy. Pictures......

James carved his own pumpkins this year!

It is October 29th and my little peanut Julianne is one month old. Time has flown by :( She is getting so big all ready!! If I had to guess, she is probably around 11 pounds by now. We will see on tuesday Nov. 2nd for her one month check-up. She is a very content baby and hardly ever fusses. I can't wait for her first "real" smile and giggle!

Addison is now 19 months old. She constantly makes us smile. She is so happy and has a contagious smile. She is so active and beginning to push boundaries to see what she can get away with. Everyday it seems she learns a new word....we now have to be VERY careful what we say around her! She repeats everything!

James will be 9, yes 9 (OMG!!!) in january. He is just as energetic as ever. He's loving school and doing well. He is a wonderful big brother and helps me out so much! Thanks to Nana and Daddy he has a great desk in his room where he can get away from the babies and have space to draw or do homework.

Adam and I are getting used to living with 3 kids and only 2 of us. It was 76 here yesterday! Yes 76 at the end of October!! We went on a walk to the park and it took a good half hour to get everyone ready and out the door. We even took the dog!
I'm sad it is probably the last day we will be able to go out without coats and cold weather gear :( Here are some recent pictures....

Easter 2010

This Easter we spent here in Massachusetts with just us... the four of us. Next year there will be five! We have had a great weekend. Saturday we drove to the Forth Cliff Recreation area in the small beach town of Humarock, MA. It was an hour and fifteen minute drive, but we had a great time. The weather was absolutely beautiful! It was so warm even down right by the water where we were it was about 74. Addison participated in her first Easter egg hunt, with a little help from daddy. James had fun finding eggs in the big kid egg hunt and found one of the prize eggs. He also participated in the egg roll game and won first place!
Today, Sunday, James woke up before anyone found all the eggs the Easter bunny hid, opened his basket and ate half his candy! When I came down stairs with Addison he was bouncing off the walls super hyper and excited. I made a big pancake, bacon and egg breakfast that somewhat leveled out the sugar in his system :) Addison didn't get much candy from the Easter bunny, she did get her first toothbrush. We have beautiful sunny warm weather here again today and spent the afternoon at the park that is near our house on the base.
Happy Easter everyone! We love you and miss you all! We can't wait for July!!!!!!!!!!
Get ready for picture overload!!!! :)

The beautiful view from the Forth Cliff Recreation area in the small beach town of Humarock, MA. We were excited to find this military only recreation area that has houses we can rent (for reasonable rates) and take a vacation on the coast while we are stationed here in Massachusetts.

James playing the down hill egg roll game. The kids raced down the hill pushing hard boiled eggs with a wooden paint stick.

James got first place!

James found a prize egg in the egg hunt and won an easter basket!

Addison didn't know what to think of the blue peeps, she mashed them a bit and got blue sugar on her fingers!

James, Adam and I dyed and decorated eggs.

From the Easter bunny...a puppy that barks, wines and wags it's tail. She loves him. Daddy named him Scruffy!
