Our 1st really hot and humid day in Mass

Sooo... I'm not so great about updating this blog... I will try to post more updates... thanks for visiting my blog :)

Today was a really hot humid day. We are sooo not used to the humidity here. When it's 75 out it feels like 80+ and today it was 80+ and felt like 100!!!
It was definitely a good day to go to the pool. We had to make a trip to target to buy Addison a new swim suit. I drove Adam nuts taking so long to choose which one to get...there are sooooo many cute baby girl clothes at target!!! When we got home we had to do a photo shoot of Addison in her new suit :) Then we were off to the pool!
There is an indoor pool here on base is about 200 yards from our house. It's a large (like bigger than Olympic size) pool with a big shallow area for James to swim. I attempted to give James a refresher on some swimming techniques. I'm not a stellar swimmer, but I have more patients than Adam :). I had to keep telling James to keep his mouth closed, he swallowed so much pool water because he couldn't stop smiling! He had a great time and is doing better swimming... his goal is to be able to pass the swim test so he can go down the water slide at the deep end of the pool.
Addie was in the pool with us for a good 45 min., and then she sat on a lounger with Adam while James and I swam. We took her in the big pool and also in the kiddy pool outside that is about 2 feet deep. She loves the water!! I'm guessing she thinks it's a big bath tub with lots of people :) She kicks her legs and smiles. She's definitely a water baby!
After I thought James had swallowed enough pool water we got our icecream bars and headed home.



The pictures are kinda just thrown in there!! I haven't figured out how to get the pictures where I want them...Well it's good they are at least smaller..I'm giving up for tonight, It's late and I'm tired :)
